• You should have an opportunity to express your design ideas and needs.
• You should have an agreement or contract when beginning work that outlines expectations of both parties clearly.
• You should not pay all fees up front!
• You should always be given an opportunity to 'proof' your site and recommend changes/edits before final completion.
• Expect to have an ongoing relationship with your webmaster!
